01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and m8agent ("Company", "we"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete account registration or use any feature of this platform, whether via a web browser or mobile application.

m8agent operates under international licensing and complies with the operator guidelines set by the relevant licensing authority. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and such changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you accept the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use m8agent services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Register in your own name with accurate, complete and current information.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction in your location that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Not use technical aids, bots, automated software or any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not have previously been removed or banned from any m8agent platform.

m8agent reserves the right to request identity document verification from users at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid MyKad or passport. Accounts that fail to meet identity verification requirements may be suspended or closed.

03 Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different details or sharing information with another party — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact m8agent customer support immediately via live chat or support email, available 24/7.

• Accounts may not be transferred to another party.
• Using an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• m8agent is not responsible for any loss arising from the disclosure of a password by the user themselves.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

m8agent offers a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20.
• Minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are only processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
• An account must pass identity verification before the first withdrawal request is processed.

m8agent reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there are concerns about account activity, verification requirements have not been met, or bonus wagering requirements have not yet been completed. In such cases, the support team will contact the user for further information.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by m8agent are subject to specific wagering requirements. The m8agent welcome bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

How wagering requirements are calculated: the bonus received must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Example: Deposit RM1,400 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,400 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Each promotion may have a different validity period — check the details of each promotion before accepting.
• m8agent reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account.

The m8agent VIP programme offers weekly cashback across five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity level and loyalty.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the m8agent platform — including online slots, live casino, sic bo, fish shooting and sports betting — operate according to the rules and mechanics set by their respective game providers.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, m8agent will review the game logs and provide a fair resolution.
• Confirmed bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user.
• m8agent reserves the right to void winnings obtained through the exploitation of known bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Odds and chances displayed for sports betting are real-time and may change until the bet is confirmed.

07 User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the m8agent platform responsibly and to comply with all laws applicable in their location. You acknowledge that gambling can be addictive and agree to set reasonable personal limits.

• Using funds obtained illegally for betting is prohibited.
• Using third-party software, bots, or any automated system to access or interact with the platform is prohibited.
• Users must ensure all registered information is accurate and up to date. ⚠️ False information may result in account suspension.
• Sharing login credentials with any other party is prohibited.
• Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all bonus terms before accepting any promotion.

08 Account Restrictions and Termination

m8agent reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or activity that violates platform policies. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Holding multiple accounts at the same time.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions.
• Attempting to hack, cheat, or disrupt platform operations.
• Any form of financial fraud or money laundering.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, m8agent reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that does not meet wagering requirements. Valid deposit funds will be processed in accordance with internal review procedures. m8agent's decisions are final in all matters of account management.

09 Limitation of Liability

m8agent does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service disruption caused by factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any disruption resulting from internet failure, power outages, system maintenance, or extraordinary events. m8agent will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible and will notify users through appropriate channels.

• m8agent's maximum liability with respect to any user claim is limited to the total funds deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the disputed incident.
• No claims will be accepted for projected or anticipated winnings.

10 Amendments to Terms

m8agent reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect — unless the amendment is required immediately for security or licensing reasons.

The "Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the version of the terms currently in effect. Users who continue to use the platform after that date are considered to have read and accepted the latest version of these terms.
